央視邀唱春晚‧曹格超苦惱!

(吉隆坡11日訊)曹格(Gary)受邀出席農曆新年中國央視春晚,但他正陷於“接或不接”的苦惱當中,因向來注重家庭生活的曹格,縱使在海外發展多年,每一年農曆新年亦堅持回東馬沙巴老家過新年,若他今年落實接下央視春晚,曹格豪邁表示:“會把全家人都帶去北京過新年!”這包括雙親、姐姐與家人,還有工作人員的家人全都帶去,他矛盾笑言:“好幾十個人一起飛北京,還要去7天,機票、酒店要花很多錢,有點捨不得,哈哈!” 曹格繼去年5月帶著老婆與一對子女返馬為《爸爸去哪兒2大電影》亮相首映禮,至今有大半年未再見大馬媒體。他目前在中國忙於參加兩個真人秀節目《為你而歌》及《旋風孝子》。 球戰卡卡與歐文此外,曹格亦自爆,過兩天將和兩大世界級球星──巴西的卡卡及英國的歐文,一起在節目上踢足球!他笑言這是挑戰人性和體力的表演,為了迎戰兩位球星,曹格趁這次返馬還特地到柏威年廣場找球鞋配球衣,他說:“站在他們旁邊我也不能輸啊!” Surprise婚禮年中舉行 去年說欠老婆一個婚禮的曹格,今年可會兌現承諾給老婆一個婚禮?曹格聞及“婚禮”二字,頓時愣了數秒,他為了給老婆神秘感,支吾表示:“有的!會有一個Surprise,我的構思是不會辦一般的婚禮,會是以家庭派對的形式邀請親友參加。” 曹格與老婆吳速玲結婚7年多,二人更育有一對可愛的子女曹三豐(Joe)及女兒“包子妹”曹華恩(Grace),但獨欠未舉行婚禮,曹格說:“欠一個感動。” 至於婚禮形式,曹格說一切還是要看老婆的意願,他之前曾向老婆提及婚禮,老婆大人表示要給她半年的時間來籌備,所以最快也要在6、7月,曹格堅持一定會辦婚禮,“我有了老婆這麼多年,卻還沒結婚,這怎麼行?” 曹格一口氣買2間 曹格此趟返馬,是為“雅居樂全球之旅暨滿家樂項目臻享晚宴”受邀為演唱嘉賓,他在晚宴上與主持人周瑛琦閒聊時,透露自己已買下2間雅居樂在滿家樂(Mont Kiara)的房子,並感謝老闆給他折扣。看來這場商演的唱酬相當可觀,不然曹格也不會大手筆回饋投資啦! 曹格在晚宴上演唱4首歌曲,包括《寂寞先生》、《美麗人生》、《The Greatest Of All》及《冠軍》。他的出場頓時炒熱現場氣氛,眾嘉賓一見曹格演唱,全拿著手機、相機湧到台前拍照,大部份更是穿著晚裝的女士,可見曹格樹立的“好好先生”形象贏得了不少愛戴。 而樂於滿足眾人的曹格,亦呼吁大家不必心急拍照,他較後演唱《美麗人生》時走下台跟大家握手、拍照,展現親民形象。曹格自言學土木工程畢業,他表示:“家對我來說很重要,再辛苦也要為家人付出,給他們一個安全、舒適的家,房子和家人就是一體。”曹格結束表演後,漏夜驅車到新加坡,今早搭飛機到深圳出席紙巾的代言活動。 自導情慾愛情片 正物色演員 踏入2016新的一年,曹格指今年有許多“大計”要實行,包括公司栽培的新人正式出道、自己的新專輯3月發片等,而曹格為了一圓當電影導演的夢想,更預先一手包辦所有新歌MV的拍攝,他忍不住透露喜訊:“我的電影在籌備中了,已經開案,目前在看角色找演員。” 曹格初次當導演拍電影,“處女作”竟大膽構思為一部含有“情慾”鏡頭的愛情片,他說這次的挑戰性會很多,自己未必會當男主角,希望能找到合適的演員,“因為像《色,戒》那樣的電影,不是每個人都能演,而且拍出來後也不一定可以通過審批,但我希望可以,拍了再算吧!” (星洲日報‧娛樂‧報導:游嵐赧)...

PROPERTY developer Agile Real Estate Development Sdn Bhd officially launched its maiden project at its sales gallery in Sri Hartamas recently. Agile Mont Kiara is a joint venture between Agile Real Estate Development Sdn Bhd, the fully owned subsidiary of Agile Property Holdings Limited, and PJ Development Holdings Berhad. The residential development features 813 units of condominium spread across 11 low-to high-rise towers on a 4.1ha plot of freehold land. The units are available in seven types with a built-up area ranging from 1,162sq ft to 5,037sq ft, priced from RM1.5mil onwards. “We are dedicating six out of 10 acres as an environmental deck, with pools parks and recreational areas,” said Agile Real Estate Development Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Wilson Ren. China’s Agile to unveil project in Mont’ Kiara

KUALA LUMPUR: Agile Real Estate Development Sdn Bhd is set to launch its residential project valued at RM1.4bil on a 4.05ha site in Mont’ Kiara here on Saturday. The project, consisting of 11 towers of low- and high-rise structures, was scheduled for completion in 2019, it said in a statement. Agile Real Estate Development is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agile Property Holdings Ltd, a leading integrated property developer in China. Agile Property Holdings is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Composite Index. Agile said the 4.05ha land was acquired from PJ Development Bhd, which has a 30% stake in the international project, which is Agile group’s first outside China.
